Carl is an active community participant. He is a member of the board of directors for the Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley Chapter of the Make-A-Wish foundation.  Carl is an Executive in Residency at Widener University and a member of the Board for the Financial Advisory curriculum. Thomas Graham is a Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Utilizing a team-based approach, he is dedicated to understanding and addressing the wealth management needs and concerns of high-net-worth individuals and their families. He draws on his years of experience in sophisticated credit and lending solutions to connect clients to a variety of resources, including primary and secondary residential mortgages, commercial real estate investments, hedge fund lending and financing for acquisitions of fine art, personal aircrafts and yachts. Previously, he was a vice president of business banking for Santander Bank. He began his banking career at Wells Fargo as a home mortgage consultant before transitioning as a vice president of its business banking division. An avid supporter of his local community, Tom is a member of the governing board for NAWBO/Athena PowerLink, for which he has also served on an advisory panel for several women-owned businesses for the past five years. Since 2014, he has been a board member for T.H.A.N.K.S., a non-profit organization which provides financial assistance for extracurricular activities, including sports, art and music to underprivileged children in the Greater Philadelphia area. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in finance and his M.B.A. from Villanova University, where he was also a member of the track and field team. Tom and his wife live in suburban Philadelphia with their five children. His hobbies include playing golf and hiking and biking with his family.

Jared holds the following designations: the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.; the Certified 401(k) Professional® (C(k)P®); and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®). He is a qualified Portfolio Advisor who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their investment objectives by recommending individual, or any combination of, Merrill or approved third-party investment manger’s strategies, funds or portfolios. Jared is a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. He continues to support The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon which hopes to conquer pediatric cancer by providing emotional and financial support to the children, families, researchers and staff of the Four Diamonds Fund.
